*To identify each individual it will help if he/she can give us his/her Family Code Number following these rules.

Family Code Number

First Place Digit (First Generation)
for the Branch (1, 2, 3, 4 or 5)

Second Place (Second Generation)
Numeral number 1 to 9 for Sons - eldest 1, next 2 and so on.
An Alphabet A, B, C, etc. for daughters A for eldest, B for the next and so on.

Third Place for the next generation (Third Generation)

Numeral number 1 to 9 for a sons, and an alphabet for daughters . A slight problem for the 10th son of V.V. Job of branch 2 - Mr. Xavier Job (Xavy). He will be given the special digit of 'X' which is also 10 in Roman Numbers.

So Xavy's code will be 22X, the first digit 2 for branch 2, 2nd digit 2 for Branch 2 Vakkan's 2nd son Job (Kutty), and X for the tenth son of Job (Kutty). Xavy's children will be the 4th generation, so they will have 4 digits in their code, 5th generation will have 5 digits and so on.

Similarly the second daughter of Job - 22 (Kutty) of branch 2 will be 22B.

Hope the above Family Code Number System is clear and everyone will enter their code so that we can identify clearly each person in our family.

All Husbands and Wives of Variamparambil members should complete the registration form and submit it. Family Code for the husband or wife of a Variamparambil member will be with the added suffix, -H or -W (hyphen or dash H or W) at the end of the members code number.
